Return Policy
As most of our products are made to order, our return policy are different from many online stores. We do not accept returns except the following cases;
- If the actual size does not match the size specified in the order confirmation
- If the color/text does not match with the requirement specified in the order confirmation
- The quality of the product is sub par or defective on arrival
Our policy lasts within 10 days of receipt date. If 10 days have gone after the receipt date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of products. Please note that we do not provide refund on goods or services. We only replace items if they meet the above stated situations. Please email us to [email protected] and get contact with our representatives for any returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where returns are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 3/F, Blk 1, 323-324AB, Wang Cheong Fty. Bldg., 781 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
